About the Event
If you've ever wanted to dress up like a wild woman, this is your opportunity! We will do yoga, journaling and breath work to tap into the wisdom of Wild Woman. These exercises will culminate in a playful and powerful embodiment exercise as we dress up for a Wild Woman photo shoot on our final evening.
Lodging, breakfast and dinner for this three day event are included as well as some jewelry and head dress options for dress up. Bring snacks/lunch, clothing ideas, make up!
